Job overview
Revenue cycle teams depend on steady coordination between billing, coding, claims, denials and AR. As a Remote Revenue Cycle Support Specialist you will support day-to-day RCM workflows, keep trackers and dashboards current, coordinate across teams and support reporting on key revenue cycle metrics.
No prior healthcare or revenue cycle experience is needed. Paid training covers the full revenue cycle, RCM systems, KPIs and HIPAA basics. Focus area and scope depend on the team you join.
This opportunity may suit people searching for revenue cycle support jobs, remote RCM support specialist jobs, work-from-home revenue cycle jobs, or no experience healthcare billing jobs.
No Experience Required: We'll Train You
No prior healthcare or revenue cycle experience is required. Employers provide paid training on RCM workflows, charge capture, claims, payment posting, denials, AR, reporting tools and HIPAA, and you learn the work step by step. Many specialists come from billing, claims, AR or healthcare admin roles.
Structured Remote Work with Predictable Hours
Revenue cycle support runs on daily work queues, trackers and month-end reporting cycles, usually weekday daytime, with no on-call and no in-person requirements. Both full-time and part-time positions are offered. Discuss your preferred schedule in your interview.
Non-clinical role, privacy first
This is an administrative and financial role that supports the revenue cycle team. It does not involve clinical decisions. You will handle names, medical record numbers, dates of service, procedure codes, payer IDs and financial data, so employers train you on HIPAA awareness and expect strict confidentiality. Financial discrepancies and issues needing supervisor input are escalated per the employer's protocol.
