Job overview
Accurate registration protects everything that follows. As a Remote Patient Registration Specialist you will register patients, verify demographics and identity, assign medical record numbers, process consent forms, support payer enrollment and resolve duplicate records.
No prior healthcare or registration experience is needed. Paid training covers registration workflows, payer systems, consent documentation and HIPAA basics. Systems and scope depend on the team you join.
This opportunity may suit people searching for patient registration specialist jobs, remote patient registration jobs, work-from-home registration jobs, or no experience healthcare jobs.
No Experience Required: We'll Train You
No prior healthcare or registration experience is required. Employers provide paid training on registration workflows, MRNs, consent forms, payer systems and HIPAA, and you learn the work step by step. Many specialists come from administrative, data entry, banking or customer service roles.
Structured Remote Work with Predictable Hours
Registration work runs on registration queues and data accuracy targets, usually weekday daytime, with no on-call and no in-person requirements. Both full-time and part-time positions are offered. Discuss your preferred schedule in your interview.

This is an administrative role. It does not involve clinical decisions. Registration discrepancies and issues affecting patient records are escalated per the employer's protocol.
