Job overview
Healthcare organizations hire faster when candidates and recruiters stay coordinated. As a Remote Healthcare Recruiting Assistant you will screen resumes, schedule interviews, keep candidates and hiring teams informed and maintain accurate ATS data so the recruiting team can move candidates quickly.
No prior healthcare or recruiting experience is needed. Paid training covers recruiting workflows, applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate communications and privacy basics. Roles being hired and scope depend on the team you join.
This opportunity may suit people searching for healthcare recruiting assistant jobs, remote recruiting coordinator jobs, work-from-home recruiting assistant jobs, or no experience healthcare jobs.
No Experience Required: We'll Train You
No prior healthcare or recruiting experience is required. Employers provide paid training on recruiting workflows, ATS platforms, scheduling tools and candidate privacy, and you learn the work step by step. Many assistants come from HR, administrative, staffing or customer service roles.
Structured Remote Work with Predictable Hours
Recruiting support runs on open requisitions and interview calendars, usually weekday daytime, with no on-call and no in-person requirements. Both full-time and part-time positions are offered. Discuss your preferred schedule in your interview.
Administrative role, candidate privacy first
This is an administrative and coordination role that supports the recruiting team. It does not involve clinical decisions. You will handle candidate names, contact details, work history and credentials, and sometimes patient or clinical context when recruiting for clinical roles, so employers train you on privacy and HIPAA awareness and expect strict confidentiality.

- Support phone screens and initial candidate qualification
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and support virtual interview logistics
- Send interview confirmations and reminders and keep candidates informed

- Support job postings and candidate sourcing through job boards and networks
- Reach out to candidates by email, text and calls
