Job overview
Premium healthcare is about an effortless experience. As a Remote Healthcare Concierge you will be a single point of contact for high-touch patients, anticipating their needs and coordinating appointments, referrals, diagnostics, pharmacy needs and visit logistics with warmth and discretion.
No prior healthcare or concierge experience is needed. Paid training covers concierge workflows, scheduling and coordination systems, privacy standards and HIPAA basics. The specific organization, patient population and scope depend on the team you join.
This opportunity may suit people searching for healthcare concierge jobs, remote patient concierge jobs, work-from-home VIP patient services jobs, or no experience healthcare jobs.
No Experience Required: We'll Train You
No prior healthcare or concierge experience is required. Employers provide paid training on concierge workflows, coordination systems, discretion and HIPAA, and you learn the work step by step. Hospitality, luxury retail, private banking, executive assistant and similar high-touch service backgrounds are valued.
Structured Remote Work with Predictable Hours
Concierge work runs on patient schedules and visit logistics, usually weekday daytime, with no on-call and no in-person requirements. Both full-time and part-time positions are offered. Discuss your preferred schedule in your interview.
Non-clinical role, discretion and privacy first
This is a coordination and service role. It does not involve clinical decisions, and clinical questions are routed to the concierge providers per protocol. Concerns that need supervisor input are escalated per the employer's protocol. You will handle names, contact details, health information and personal preferences, and discretion is central to the role, so employers train you on HIPAA awareness and expect strict confidentiality.
