Job overview
Clinicians do their best work when the team's tasks keep moving. As a Remote Clinical Team Assistant you will coordinate team task queues, support documentation workflows, work across clinicians, MAs and support staff, and handle the administrative work that lets clinicians focus on patient care.
No prior healthcare experience is needed. Paid training covers clinical workflows, EHR systems, documentation standards and HIPAA basics. Clinical team and scope depend on the team you join.
This opportunity may suit people searching for clinical team assistant jobs, remote clinical support assistant jobs, work-from-home clinical coordination jobs, or no experience healthcare jobs.
No Experience Required: We'll Train You
No prior healthcare experience is required. Employers provide paid training on clinical workflows, EHR systems, documentation standards, team coordination tools and HIPAA, and you learn the work step by step. Many assistants come from medical office, administrative, clinical support or care coordination roles.
Structured Remote Work with Predictable Hours
Clinical team support runs on team task queues and clinic schedules, usually weekday daytime, with no on-call and no in-person requirements. Both full-time and part-time positions are offered. Discuss your preferred schedule in your interview.
Administrative support role, privacy first
This is an administrative coordination role. You support the clinical team's workflows but you do not provide clinical care. Concerns that need supervisor input, clinical documentation issues and situations affecting patient care are escalated per the employer's protocol. You will handle names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, medications and care plans, so employers train you on HIPAA awareness and expect strict confidentiality.
